DESCRIPTION:This private sangha retreat with Katog Vajra Ling is intended for students with an established relationship with Khentrul Rinpoche and a foundation in the practices and teachings he has offered over many years. \n\n\n\nTo attend\, participants should: \n\n\n\n\nConsider Khentrul Rinpoche to be their teacher.\n\n\n\nHave taken refuge vows.\n\n\n\nHave received teachings on\, and engaged in formal meditation practice over a period of years\, in the following areas:\n\nShamatha / calm abiding meditation\n\n\n\nThe Heart Sutra\, or other teachings on the view of emptiness\n\n\n\nMind training / lojong\n\n\n\n\n\nIdeally\, participants will also have begun or completed the ngöndro preliminaries. If not\, they should at least have a steady history of formal practice in the areas listed above.\n\n\n\n\nBecause this retreat is intended for students who meet these requirements\, registration is not open to the general public. If you are unsure whether this retreat is appropriate for you\, please contact the coordinator at info@katogvajraling.org before registering.
