The most common problem our website users run into is not receiving an email that we have sent to you. Typically, this occurs due to our email arriving in your Junk/Spam folder instead of your Inbox.

To remedy this, there are two steps you need to take:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder for the email we’ve sent you. If you’re not sure how to do this, please do a web search for “How do I locate the junk folder in [your email program’s name goes here] ” .
  2. Add our internet domain, katog.org , to your email program’s “Safe Senders” list so that all future katog.org email will arrive safely in your Inbox. If your not sure how to do this, please do a web search for “How do I add a domain to the safe senders list in [your email program’s name goes here] ” .
  1. Click here to go to the website account registration page.
  2. Follow the instructions on that page to create your website account.
  3. After submitting your registration, make sure to locate the verification email and click the verification link in that email. This last step is critical. If you aren’t able to locate the verification email, please see The Most Common Problem – Not Receiving Our Email.

If you need to make changes to your website account profile such as changing your email address, please click here to open the account edit page.

  • If you have lost or forgotten your account password, you can reset the password here.
  • Please note that if you enter a username or email address in the password reset page that does not have an account associated with it, you will not receive a reset email.
  • Be sure to check your junk folder for the password reset verification email as mentioned here -> The Most Common Problem – Not Receiving Our Email.
  • If you’re certain you already have an account but don’t receive a reset verification email when resetting your password, please submit a support ticket here .
  1. You can make changes to or unsubscribe from the Katog Choling mailing list or any of its Sanghas by opening an email you have received from the list and scrolling to the bottom of the email. There you will find links for changing your email profile and unsubscribing.
  2. After changing your email address to a new or different one, please add katog.org to the safe senders list for your new email. Please see The Most Common Problem – Not Receiving Our Email for more details.
