Meditation Instructions for the Twelve Links of Interdependence

Sat/Sun: 10am-noon and 2-5pm

No matter who we are or where we come from, as human beings, our entire experience of body speech and mind is dependent upon twelve links. If we understand how these links operate–how they are interdependently connected–and we deepen that knowledge through meditation, we will have the means to eliminate actions that cause suffering and cultivate actions that cause greater peace and happiness.
