Welcome!  Khentrul Rinpoche returns to Byron! He’s teaching on “Taming the Wild Horse of the Mind,” a continuation of teachings delivered here in 2019.  Learn how to use love, equanimity, compassion and wisdom to train our minds in order to transform suffering so that we can live free and with joy.

Chairs are provided, but if you prefer to meditate in a traditional sitting posture on the floor, please bring your own cushion.
