Please carefully read the shuttle information below. After your travel plans are finalized, you can request shuttle service via the Shuttle Request Form at the end of this page. The deadline for shuttle requests is October 1.

Please DO NOT submit the form at the bottom of the page unless you are making use of the Airport and/or Jasper shuttle service. We only need to hear from students who will be using the service.

If your travel itinerary is incompatible with our shuttle offering, consider using the Katog Rit’hröd Travel Board to arrange a carpool.

AIRPORT PICKUP

There will be shuttle pick-ups from XNA (Fayetteville / Northwest Arkansas National Airport) on Thursday, Nov. 7th, and Wednesday, Nov. 13th. The shuttles will depart the airport at the following times:

Thursday, Nov. 7th @ 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM
Wednesday, Nov. 13th @ 11:30 AM and 2:45 PM

* PLEASE ENSURE THAT INCOMING FLIGHTS ARE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AT XNA AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR SHUTTLE SERVICE.

AIRPORT DROP-OFF

There will be shuttle drop-offs to XNA  (Fayetteville) on Wednesday, Nov. 13th, and Monday, Nov. 18th. The shuttles will arrive at the airport at the following times:

Wednesday, Nov. 13th @ 5:30 AM and 12:30 PM
Monday, Nov. 18th @ 5:30 AM, 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM

* TO HELP THE SHUTTLE TEAM, IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE BOOK YOUR XNA DEPARTURE FLIGHT TIME FOR NO EARLIER THAN 11:30 AM.

JASPER DOWNTOWN SHUTTLE

There will be a limited number of daily shuttles between Katog Rit’hrod and downtown Jasper for students who will be housing in the downtown area and do not have their own transportation. The Jasper Downtown Shuttle will pick up and drop off students within a one mile radius of the Jasper Square.

If you are housing off site during the event, we strongly encourage students to make use of Katog’s travel forum to arrange to carpool together with your fellow sangha members whenever possible.
