More than two thousand years ago, the Buddha Shakyamuni answered a series of questions from one of his students and thus gave this teaching on wisdom. It became a highly revered scripture called, The Sutra on the Wisdom of the Hour of Death. Although it consists of only three pages, it contains the heart essence of wisdom for liberating our disturbing emotions and finding freedom from suffering, and for realizing the clear luminous nature of mind—our ultimate natural state—and its positive qualities.
