Please carefully read the shuttle information below. After your travel plans are finalized, you can reserve shuttle service via the Shuttle Reservation Form at the end of this page.

The deadline for shuttle reservations is April 8.

If your travel itinerary is incompatible with our shuttle offering, we encourage you to make use of the Katog Choling Gön Travel Board to arrange a carpool.

AIRPORT PICKUP

There will be a single shuttle pick-up from XNA (Fayetteville / Northwest Arkansas National Airport) on:

Saturday, May 10 departing the airport at 3 PM

* Please book your flight to arrive at XNA no later than 2:00pm

AIRPORT DROP-OFF

There will be a single shuttle drop-off to XNA (Fayetteville / Northwest Arkansas National Airport) on:

Sunday, May 18 arriving at the airport at 11 AM

* Please book your flight to depart XNA no earlier than 1:00pm
